We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager supports client relationships and ensures the successful delivery of digital, strategy, and integrated marketing projects. This role collaborates closely with internal teams across digital, strategy, creative, and project management to keep projects on track and aligned with client objectives. The Account Manager will help coordinate execution, support strategic development, and contributes to building positive client partnerships.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 Depending upon experience.

 

Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Support

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, supporting communication and project updates.
  • Help build strong client relationships by addressing questions, ensuring follow-up, and delivering consistent value.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of each client’s brand, digital priorities, and key initiatives.

Digital & Strategy Project Support

  • Assist with the coordination of digital campaigns, website projects, content initiatives, and other digital deliverables.
  • Support the strategy team in gathering inputs, organizing research, and preparing briefs.
  • Ensure creative and digital deliverables align with strategy, client goals, and project scope.

Internal Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Managers to track timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between digital, strategy, creative, and project management teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Help prepare scopes of work, status reports, and project documentation.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking scope changes with PM support.
  • Help identify smaller growth opportunities and support proposal development as needed.

Presentations & Deliverables

  • Contribute to drafting client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and recaps.
  • Support senior team members during client meetings and presentations.
Your Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital/strategy coordination (agency experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content, and strategy fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Experience supporting digital or integrated marketing projects
