As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying new opportunities and optimizing outreach strategies. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential prospects, initiating contact, and setting up introductory meetings to explore new business opportunities. You will also help create and implement processes that streamline our business development efforts, integrating effective use of LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for developing processes that optimize outreach efforts.

This is a 6-month contract with options to extend. We prioritize candidates in the Eastern Time Zone to ensure seamless collaboration. Join us and contribute to our innovative and forward-thinking team!

About the role

Your Responsibilities

Business Development Processes and Strategy: (50%)

  • Research and identify potential business prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Initiate contact with prospects using LinkedIn, email, and other outreach methods.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with potential clients.
  • Attend introductory meetings as needed

Business Development Research and Development: (50%)

  • Design and implement a cohesive business development process integrating LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management to streamline lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and communications in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of business development processes and strategies, adjusting to optimize results.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform and adjust business development strategies.
  • Work closely with C-Suite executives for new business opportunities and interviews for new business opportunities
